Sibusiso Barnabas Dlamini is one of Swaziland’s most prominent businessmen and politicians. He was educated in South Africa and the United States. He became a successful chemist and accountant before being named finance minister. After eight years at that job, he became involved in the International Monetary Fund and became executive director for most of Sub-Saharan Africa. He served as Swaziland’s prime minister from 1996 until 2003.
