INGREDIENTS
500 grams lamb heart and lungs
100 grams lamb fat
200 grams rice
100 grams onion, finely chopped
Pepper
Salt
Lamb bowels
Water
Method:
Mincemeat: Chop lamb heart and lungs finely. Add chopped onion, pepper, salt, and rice to heart and lungs.
Stuff lamb bowels with the mincemeat and pour in some water.
Tie the bowels closed. Place in boiling water. Cook for 50 to 60 minutes. Pierce the bowels with a fork while cooking.
