Beef with Lime Sauce |

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon water
- 2 tablespoons mushroom soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 8 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 head green lettuce
- 1 1/2 pound sirloin steak, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
Method
- Combine sugar, one teaspoon black pepper, garlic, and soy sauce. Mix well and add beef cubes. Stir and marinade for at least 30 minutes.
- In a serving bowl, mix remaining pepper with lime juice and water.
- Cook beef in hot oil for 3 or 4 minutes until medium rare. Serve on lettuce or rice with lime sauce.
