INGREDIENTS

1. 1 ½ Cup Coriander Seeds
2. ¼ k.g Bangalore long red chilies ( It gives nice red color)
3. ¼ k.g Guntur red chilies (These chilies are very spicy)
4. 1 Cup Black gram dhal
5. 1 Cup of Bengal gram dhal
6. 1 Cup Cumin seeds
7. ½ Cup of Black pepper corns
8. 2 Tbsp of Asafetida
9. 4 to 5 pieces of dry turmeric root
10. 1 Bunch of curry leaves
11. 1 Hand full of cinnamon stick
12. 1 Hand full of marata maggu
13. 15 Cloves
14. 1 Whole of dry coconut grated

Method:

1. In pan add 1 tsp of oil fry each ingredients separately until it turn into light golden color.
2. When it cools down make powder and keep.
3. You can bisibelebhat or vangibath with this powder
