INGREDIENTS

1. 4 thin pork chops
2. 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
3. 1 28-ounce can black beans
4. 1 15-ounce can corn
5. 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
6. 2 teaspoons steak sauce           

Method:

1. In a skillet, brown pork chops in hot oil, and drain.
2. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over pork chops.
3. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
