INGRIDENTS

  1. 4 Cup maida flour
  2. 1 pinch baking soda
  3. 1 cup ghee or dalda or vegetable shorting
  4. 1 cup water
  5. oil for deep frying

FILLING

  1. Kova  

SUGAR SYRUP

  1. 2 Cups of sugar
  2. ½ cup of water
  3. 2 pinch of saffron

MASALA MILK

  1. ½ liter  of half and half
  2. 1 tbsp almonds
  3. 1 tbsp cashew nuts
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  6. ½ tsp of safforan

METHOD

  1. Take a big bowl and add Maida in to it then make hole in the middle add melted ghee and soda and water mix it well and make a soft dough and keep the dough in the wet cloth for 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Make small ball out of the dough and flatten it like puri then keep the kova in the middle of it and fold it into triangle shape then insert clove in the middle so when you fry it the kova should not come out.
  3. Prepare sugar syrup.
  4. Deep fry all the triangle puris and dip it in to  the sugar syrup and soak for 1 to 2 minutes then take it out and store it in the open plate and let it cool down.

While serving take bowl and keep one of the sweet and pour masala milk over it and then serve it.
