INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cup of rice
- 4 Cup of water
- 6 Boiled Eggs
- Salt for taste
MASALA PASTE
- 6 to 8 green chilies
- ½ bunch of cilantro leaves
- 1 inch ginger
- 3 to 4 Garlic cloves
- 1 Onion
SEASONING
- 6 Tbsp of oil
- 1 Tsp of cumin seeds
- 2 piece of cinnamon stick
- 3 Cloves
- 3 Bay leaves
- ½ Cup of peas
Method:
- Soak the rice for 30 minutes, Heat the pan with oil and season with seasoning ingredients expect peas.
- Add ground paste to seasoning and fry until the raw smell goes away then add peas and rice fry for another 1 minute then cook with water until its cooked.
- On top add boiled egg pieces and fry until it mix well then garnish with cilantro leaves.
