Ingredients

• 1 cabbage head
• 400 grams meat (pork), minced
• 150 grams rice
• 2 onions
• 1 carrot
• Pepper
• Salt
• 250 grams sour cream

Directions

• Remove the cabbage stalk. Boil the cabbage head. Take the cabbage leaves apart.
• Boil the rice.
• Cut and stew the onions and carrot.
• Mince the meat.
• Mix up minced meat with rice, onions, and carrot. Add pepper and salt to taste.
• Take small portions of the mixture and wrap them in cabbage leaves.
• Put the Ghalubtsy in a pan. Add water, sour cream, and salt. Stew for 40 minutes.
