INGREDIENTS
2–3 pieces of lamb or beef (optional)
1/4 cup oil
4 cups water
1 cup crushed tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic, diced
1 tablespoon tomato paste
3 tablespoons flour
Powdered red pepper, salt, and turmeric (to taste)
Green hot peppers (to taste)
2 tablespoons of cilantro-basil-mint mixture
1 lemon, juiced

Method:
In frying pan, combine tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, red pepper, salt, and turmeric with oil.
Add 2 tablespoons cilantro-basil-mint mixture and diced garlic.
Let mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, adding 1/4 cup of water if needed.
Add about 3 cups of water and green hot peppers. Bring to boil.
Dissolve flour in about 1 cup of water and add to the boiling sauce, stirring constantly until it thickens. Let it boil for five minutes.
Add squeezed lemon juice and serve hot.
