INGREDIENTS

  1. 600 grams lamb
  2. Oil
  3. 50 grams tomato paste
  4. 200 grams radish, diced
  5. 100 grams onion, diced
  6. 50 grams fat from lamb's tail
  7. Stock
  8. 25 grams garlic, ground
  9. 500 grams flour
  10. 2 eggs
  11. Spices
  12. Salt 

Method:

  1. Cut lamb meat and fat into strips and stew in oil.
  2. Combine lamb with tomato paste, radish, and onion. Add some stock and stew until soft and tender.
  3. Noodles: Mix flour, eggs, and water. Roll out thinly and cut into strips.
  4. Add more stock to soup. Add noodles and cook for 5 minutes. Dress with ground garlic and spices.
