  3. Dried pieces of fat 

Method:

  1. Pour the milk and the ferment in the animal wineskin. Keep it in a warm place for 24 hours.
  2. After 24 hours, thoroughly beat the mixture. Add dried pieces of fat to give the khumiss its traditional flavor.
