Ingredients

• 1 herring in brine, soaked in milk and diced
• 1 Granny Smith apple, diced
• 2 onions, chopped
• 3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
• 4 pickled cucumbers, diced
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup fresh cream
• 1 teaspoon curry

Directions

• Drain herring and rinse in water.
• Mix everything to combine.
• Chill.
