Ingredients:

• 1 tomato
• 1/2 cup onion
• 2 jalapeños
• 1 teaspoon oil
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup beef jerky
• Oil

Method:

• Cut the tomato, onion, and jalapeños into small pieces and sauté them in a pan with oil.
• When the vegetables are soft, add the beef jerky. When the jerky gets warm, add the eggs and mix them with the vegetables and jerky. When the eggs look like they are done, remove them from the pan.
• Add salt if needed and enjoy this dish with a flour tortilla and beans.
