INGREDIENTS

1. Bread flour
2. Sorghum meal
3. Water 

Method:

1. Use sorghum meal to make plain porridge.
2. Cool porridge. Add water to thin it.
3. Add bread flour and mix well.
4. Let mixture stand 2 days in hot weather.
5. Drink when mixture becomes sour.
