INGREDIENTS

1. 1/2 pound wheat germ
2. 1/2 pound lean ground meat
3. 1 medium onion
4. Peppermint leaves
5. Black pepper
6. Salt                         

Method:

• Place wheat germ in 4 cups water for 3 hours. Drain wheat germ by placing it in a clean dish cloth and squeezing out water. Set aside.
• In a blender, shred onion, peppermint leaves, pepper, and salt.
• In a big pan, mix the blended mixture into the wheat germ and ground meat. Mix well. Roll and fry at a very high temperature.
