INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups yogurt
- 1 cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method:
- Put the yogurt in a bowl. Add cucumber, dill, and salt and pepper and mix well.
- Refrigerate a half hour before serving.
Yields: 3 servings.
