INGREDIENTS

1. 2 pounds beef
2. 1/2 pound spicy sausage
3. 10 potatoes
4. 2 onions
5. 1 tomato
6. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
7. 3 teaspoons white vinegar
8. Salt, to taste
9. 1 onion
10. 1 tomato
11. 3 locotos or very hot chili peppers
12. Oil
13. Salt, to taste            

Method:

1. Cut the potatoes into thick oblong pieces, and fry them until tender.
2. Cut both kinds of the meat into 1-inch cubes.
3. Mix the meat, and fry it in a small amount of oil, along with salt, pepper, and vinegar.
4. Add fried potatoes, and mix well.
5. In a bowl, cut the onion into rings, halved, the tomato into wedges, and the locoto or hot peppers into tiny slices. Make sure to remove all seeds from the locoto.
6. Mix everything together and serve.
