INGREDIENTS

1. 2/3 cup provincial vinegar
2. 1 teaspoon salt
3. 1/2 cup water
4. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
5. 1 package Caesar salad dressing mix
6. 1 dash onion powder
7. 1/8 teaspoon thyme
8. 1 can ready-cut peeled tomatoes, pulsed 4 times in the blender
9. 1 cup vegetable oil
10. 1/4 teaspoon garlic   

Method:

1. Whisk all the above ingredients together. Add the tomatoes last.
2. Refrigerate before serving.
