INGREDIENTS
- Ragi flour 500 grams
- Green chilies
- Curry leaves
- Fresh coconut grated ½ cup
- ½ Tsp cumin seeds
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 cup chopped fenugreek leaves OR 1 cup chopped dill leaves
- 1 chopped onion
METHOD
Mix above all Ingredients with water and the consistency should be like chapatti flour, take one handful of dough and make it into a ball and press it in the greased pan with your hands into thin round circle then roast it with 1 to 2 tsp oil till it becomes crispy and serve hot with chutney and yogurt.
