Rice and liver (Ruzz bil Khaloot) |

INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups rice
- 1/2 pound liver, chopped
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon butter.
Method:
- Boil/steam rice. Set aside.
- In a separate pan, fry the liver on low heat.
- In a third pan, sauté almonds in oil until they are soft. Set aside.
- Mix the liver and rice, pouring almonds on top.
