Ingredients:

• 1 cup rice
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 liters water
• 2 teaspoons vanilla

Method:

• Wash the rice and cook it for 10 minutes in hot water.
• Throw away the water and put the rice in the blender with the evaporated milk, sugar, vanilla, and a little water. Blend.
• Strain the mix and put the strained liquid in the blender with 4 liters water. Blend.
• Strain this mixture again. Then mix everything well, adding ice, and it's ready to drink.
