INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 Ridge gourd
  2. 6 to 8 Green chilies
  3. ½ cup of fresh coconut
  4. ½ bunch of coriander
  5. ½ tsp roasted fenugreek seeds
  6. 1tsp brown sugar
  7. salt for taste

METHOD

  1. Dry roast above ingredients then grind it into a fine paste with out adding water.
  2. You can make radish chutney with same ingredients.
