INGREDIENTS

• 1 ^3/4 cups whole-wheat flour
• 7 ounces water
• 1/2 teaspoon salt 

Method:

• Put flour and salt in an oversized bowl. Slowly add water, kneading after each time.
• Flour a clean, flat surface. Roll dough into small balls. Form balls into flat, round shapes or triangles. Cover with a cloth and let rise overnight.
• Bake on a greased sheet for 30 minutes at 350°F.
