  1. 2 cups biscuit mix
  2. 1 cup creamed corn
  3. 1 tablespoon sugar
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1/2 cup whole milk
  6. 2 ounces butter, melted



  1. In a large bowl, place the biscuit mix, creamed corn, and sugar. Add the egg and milk and stir just until combined.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a 9-inch baking pan. Place the mixture into the pan and coat with the melted butter. Bake for 20 minutes.
