  • 100 grams onions, sliced thinly
  • 300 milliliters water
  • 600 grams flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 100 milliliters coconut oil


  • Place onions in water and leave for half an hour.
  • Crush the onions in the water.
  • Sift flour and add salt. Form hollow in the mixture and pour oil and some onion water in the hollow spot.
  • Mix and add more onion water and onion slices.
  • Knead to form dough and divide into balls.
  • Use a rolling pin to roll each ball into a thin circle with a thickness of about 4 millimeters.
  • Cook both sides in a pan and serve hot.
