Ghee Rice

  1. 2 Cup of rice
  2. 4 Cup of water
  3. Salt for taste

Masala Paste

  1. 4 Cloves of garlic
  2. 1 Inch of ginger
  3. 8 to 10 Green chilies
  4. 1 Bunch of cilantro leaves


  1. 1 Big onion cut into thin and long slices
  2. 3 Tbsp of ghee
  3. 3 Tbsp of oil
  4. 3 to 4 Cloves
  5. 2 to 3 Cardamoms
  6. 2 Inch of cinnamon stick


  1. Heat the pan with ghee and oil add cinnamon stick and cardamoms and cloves fry for 1 minute then add sliced onions and fry another 1 to 2 minutes then add ground masala paste and fry another 1 minute then fry mint leaves for a minute add soaked rice and fry add water and salt and cook until its done.
  2. Serve hot with vegetable korma.
