Gingered Fruit


  1. 1, 15-ounce can pineapple pieces
  2. 1, 11-ounce can lychees
  3. 1 tablespoon glace cherries, chopped
  4. 2 tablespoons crystallized ginger, chopped
  5. 1 cup toasted almond flakes


  1. Drain the syrup from the canned fruits. Lightly combine the pineapple, lychees, glace cherries, and ginger in a serving bowl. Chill well.
  2. Sprinkle the almonds on top and serve immediately.
