  1. 1 Cup Basmati rice
  2. 1 Cup green peas
  3. 2 Sticks cinnamon
  4. 1 Bay leaf
  5. 2 Cloves
  6. 2 tsp ginger & garlic paste
  7. 3 Green chilies
  8. 1 Big onion cut length wise
  9. 3 Tbsp Ghee
  10. 1 tsp cumin seeds


  1. Heat the pan with ghee and add the cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, green chilies, ginger and garlic paste, Onions, fry for 2 minutes then add green peas and rice cook it along with water and salt.
  2. Serve hot with yogurt raitha.
  3. You can make fenugreek pulav same way but just add fresh 1 bunch of fenugreek leaves to it.
